Who We Are

Fidelis: Latin; faithful, loyal, reliable

Fidelis Enterprises, LLC was founded in 2023 in Richmond, VA by David Barrow, CPM®. David has always been passionate about doing things the right way and serving others with integrity. Fidelis Enterprises is built on a foundation of ethical business practices, responsible stewardship, and unwavering reliability. Throughout David’s career, he has managed properties in 26 US States and he repeatedly found it difficult to locate reliable, honest, local support for his portfolio. He spent years on airplanes, trains, cars and in hotels to ensure that his sites were properly attended to. Despite the frequent travel, he consistently recognized the inadequacy of local vendors and maintenance staff to adhere to the highest standards of operational efficiency, aesthetics, proactive maintenance and overall quality. He found that the expertise and buy-in of these local representatives was frequently lacking, simply because they didn’t have experience managing commercial real estate and were not able to see the big picture. This realization highlighted the true value of the skillset possessed by property managers and the need for qualified on-site personnel.
